ACD/Labs and ScienceServe Reach Agreement
Toronto, CA (Sept. 1, 2008)—Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc., (ACD/Labs) has announced that an agreement has been reached with one of its distributors, ScienceServe GmbH, to begin an immediate transition in which ACD/Labs will regain the right to directly manage sales and support activities throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The agreement was made mutually between the two parties in recognition of the fact that the large existing, and potential, customer base in these areas could be better served by direct communication with ACD/Labs.
Announcement of the opening of a German office, and launch of a German-language web portal for product and support information will follow in the near future.
