GlaxoWellcome Signs License Agreement for Advanced Chemistry Development's NMR Data
Processing, Management and Prediction Software

TORONTO - March 23,1999 -
Advanced Chemistry Development and GlaxoWellcome, Research Triangle Park, have reached an agreement which provides GlaxoWellcome with the use of Advanced Chemistry's experimental data processing and management software. Under the agreement GlaxoWellcome chemists will have full use of all state-of-the-art ACD/NMR software packages:
- ACD/NMR Manager
- ACD/HNMR and ACD/CNMR Predictors
- ACD/2D Processor
- ACD/Structure Elucidator
- ACD/Combi NMR
"ACD has been providing software to GlaxoWellcome chemists since
1994," said Antony WIlliams, Chief Science Officer at Advanced Chemistry Development.

utilized across corporations to enable spectral data process and management at the
