ACD unveils ActiveX technology integration with LabVantage
Pittcon, New Orleans, March 5th.
Advanced Chemistry Development continues to innovate software solutions for
chemical structure and spectral viewing, processing and databasing. Recent
developments include ActiveX technology for structure and spectral display
thereby enabling the path to third-party integration with our partners and
collaborators. At Pittcon this integration was highlighted at a number of
booths including LabVantage who demonstrated
structures and spectra embedded into their LVexplorer application as shown
in the figure. Each well can be selected to display the associated chemical
structure and spectrum, be they NMR, IR, MS or other spectra. These objects
can be edited or processed using the ACD desktop software by launching
directly from the ActiveX windows. The chemical structure object also links
directly to the ACD software for prediction of PhysChem parameters, NMR
spectra and systematic naming. Watch this space for reports of other partner
companies presently incorporating our ActiveX technology into their
offerings.
The structure and spectrum display in the
LabVantage interface are enabled by ACD ActiveX
technology:
