Okinawa Japan, June 2001 - ACD NMR Prediction Algorithms Integrated to Marinlit.
Marinlit, the comprehensive marine natural products database developed by John Blunt and colleagues at the University of Christchurch, New Zealand, has been enhanced using ACD NMR predictions. As part of an experiment to see whether predicted NMR spectra can be of value in the dereplication of marine natural products, predicted spectra were included into the Marinlit database.
