ACD/Labs' standard pricing corresponds to perpetual licenses. This means
that a one time payment gives you permission to use the software year after
year and the license will not expire. We do strongly encourage the purchase
of an annual maintenance plan, for 20% of the list price which enables you
to receive technical support services, new software releases for the
licenses maintained, as well as additional software updates from time to
time.
