If you think there's something we should check out, we would like to hear about it.
Please do the standard check for reproducibility first - i.e., if you exit the software and then re-start and repeat the steps, does the problem still happen?
If you have other software running concurrently, try quitting those applications and re-starting.
Give as many particulars about the problem as you can think of,
such as your operating system, what you were doing prior to the "glitch" happening, and what the error outcome is.
We make every attempt to have robust and properly-functioning code,
but occasionally something slips by us and we try to correct it in timely fashion.
