ACD/2D NMR Manager
What's New
2D NMR Processor & Manager 5.0
By itself, the 2D-NMR processing module of ACD/SpecManager is referred to as ACD/2D-NMR Processor. With the SpecDB module added, it is referred to as ACD/2D-NMR Manager. To see what's new with the Database features of 2D-NMR Manager, please see What's New in SpecDB.
- Several new formats can be imported: GE Omega, JEOL Lambda, JEOL GX/EX, VNMR FDF, and VNMR Peaks (*.txt).
- Full audit trail tracks every processing action (History).
- ACD/2D NMR Processor contains macro capabilities for completely automated data processing - including templates and macro organizer.

- The View Transparent feature lets you look at overlaid spectra, with customizable color settings, so that you can compare and contrast two spectra.
- Interactive modes - Apodization, Zero Filling, FID Shift - are combined into a single Interactive FT dialog box. The new functions include Varian pseudo-echo weighting and can be applied to any dataset.

- Add or subtract two spectra, with scaling constant.
- The Measure Distance tool, with vertical/horizontal display, tells you at a glance the distance between two peaks (or any two points) in the spectrum.

- Pop-up structure window lets you move the structure display around, depending on the window area of interest.
- Changeable view of 1D spectrum in FID mode. The 1D spectrum can be shown as a FID, or it can be Fourier transformed, or shown as a power or magnitude FT spectrum.

- Reference mode lets you set and annotate the reference point.

- Gridlines for Peak Picking;
- Improved Phase Correction mode.
- Several new formats can be imported: JEOL Generic 2.0, JCAMP-DX;
- Improved speed of Fourier Transform;
- Interactive Apodization mode - allows interactive adjustment of weighting parameters for exponential, Gauss, sine bell and squared sine bell functions;
- Interactive Zero Filling;
- Interactive FID Shift;
- New Baseline Correction mode;
- Annotation mode - allows annotate any peaks and spectral regions;
- Improved interactive and automatic phase correction;
- Synchronization of multiple windows;
- Improved procedure of manual assignment.
