ACD/IntelliXtract
What's New
Version 10.0 to 11.0
Improvements to Chromatogram Processing
- New Special Isotope Cluster Filter extracts components based on a user-defined isotope cluster pattern. For example, use this filter to extract radiolabeled components, or Cl-containing components
- Extract high resolution mass chromatograms
- Define Ion Presence labels for a specific retention time region
- Edit the notation column in the Table of Mass Chromatograms to manually correct misassigned ion clusters
- Dock the Table of Mass Chromatograms
Interface Enhancements
- Set intmass.ini parameters via the interface
- IntelliXtract now has its own processing mode
- Parent Mass value edit box removed from the interface
- Keyboard and mouse shortcuts for easier mass chromatogram display
- Improved synchronization of two or more data files
- Components marked on chromatograms with asterisks for easier review
Reporting
- Create reports by component which include the labeled mass spectrum, and all mass chromatograms associated with the component
Other New Features
- Faster processing
- New macro command SetModificationsList
- Enhanced Table of Structures

Version 9.0 to 10.0
Automatically search ChemFolder databases and attach chemical structures to components based on the mass of [M+H]+ or [M-H]-
Calculate neutral losses for each component, based on the difference between the (de)protonated molecule and possible fragment ions (PFI)
Identify chromatographic components related to multiple parent compounds
Automatically create component chromatograms by summing the ion intensities for all mass chromatograms in a component
Perform more rigorous comparisons between samples
Convert profile data to centroid data during IntelliXtract processing
