Pushing Computer Assisted Structure Elucidation to the Limit

Abstract

The "thirst" for new chemical entities (NCE) from natural products continues to increase to discover newer drug candidates to meet the growing challenges in drug discovery programs. One of the key challenges for accelerated drug discovery is how to determine the structure new compounds in a shortest time possible, may be in a few hours!! Computer Assisted Structure Elucidation (CASE) has lent its helping "hand" with minimum human intervention.
