We are committed to a 'one business day' turnaround time for Technical Support queries submitted through our web form at http://support.acdlabs.com. Telephone queries are accepted as well; select "Technical Support" (option 3) from our main line (1-800-304-3988) during business hours. Voicemail is accepted after hours.
Our business hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, with the exception of these statutory holidays:
