Participants of Workshop C, hosted by ACD/Labs, will learn how to evaluate structural modifications of compounds through an understanding of physicochemical properties such as pK_a and logP values, and how to generate a set of focused chemical analogues that should exhibit improved solubility. This session will include a live demonstration of using predictive software as a guide in property-based structure design to achieve specific physicochemical and ADME goals for optimized performance of lead compounds.
